Saleable Returns Verification (DSCSA)

Step 1 – Verification Through a Verification Router Service (VRS)

If your organization uses an approved Verification Router Service (VRS) provider to support saleable returns verification, you are ready to begin verifying serialized returned products through the TraceLink VRS network.

Simply initiate the product verification request through your VRS provider. If a verification request returns a negative response or requires further investigation, please email dscsa@granulespharma.com with the following product identifier information:

• GTIN
• Serial Number
• Lot Number
• Expiration Date

Need to Establish a VRS Connection?

If your VRS provider has not yet established or completed testing with the TraceLink network, please email the following information to dscsa@granulespharma.com. Our team will work directly with your VRS provider to establish and validate the connection.

Please include:

• Company Name
• Company Address
• Company GLN
• Company SGLN
• VRS Point of Contact
• Point of Contact Email Address

Granules Pharmaceuticals has successfully completed validation of the TraceLink VRS application and production configuration and is fully prepared to support verification of serialized saleable returns from our trading partners.

Step 2 – Manual Verification Request

If your organization does not use an approved VRS provider but needs to perform a saleable returns verification, you may submit a manual verification request.

Please download and complete the Saleable Return Verification Form, then email the completed form to dscsa@granulespharma.com for processing.
